STEP 1 - Eligibility
Make sure you are eligible to compete. You will find these requirements listed on the Eligibility page.
STEP 2 - Create an Account
Set up your information with an email address that you would like to use for NCFCA correspondence and a password of your choosing. Be careful to fill out all required fields.
STEP 3 - Choose Affiliation Type
Once you have created an account, go to My Account on your dashboard and click on “Affiliate Now for 2019.” Select which type of affiliation best fits your circumstance.
Read through the eligibility requirements and NCFCA Statement of Faith and positions statements, select “Agree to all terms and affiliate now.”
STEP 4 - Check Out
Your dashboard is located at the top of your dashboard. Please understand that by clicking Check Out, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed in the Affiliation Information.
STEP 5 - Pay
When you click Check Out, you will be taken to the payment page where you pay by credit card. If you have any difficulty, please check to see that your address on your account matches the billing address; otherwise, your card may have difficulty processing. You should get a receipt via email once you have successfully affiliated.
STEP 6 - Add Your Students
To add students to your profile, click on "My Profile" at the top of your dashboard. You will then select "Add A Student" at the bottom of the page. This step is very important because your students must be listed in order to register for NCFCA tournaments.
