National Leadership Team

Kim Cromer

Executive Director

Kim Cromer and her husband of 23 years, Jeff, and their three daughters began their NCFCA journey in 2007.
Since that time, they have lived in four different NCFCA regions and graduated all of their girls from high school. Kim holds an M.S. in Human Nutrition from Clemson University and taught as an Adjunct Professor at several community colleges and as a high school science teacher. This teaching experience crossed over into NCFCA leadership where she has served as Regional Director, Director of Forensics, and now Executive Director. Her prayer is to see a generation of young people with a firm foundation of faith and an understanding of how to apply and winsomely articulate a biblical worldview to the culture.
