We Want YOU!

Much like the inner workings of an old-fashioned clock, NCFCA tournaments are intricate events with many moving and interdependent parts. We often hear comments from facility hosts and community judges who are highly impressed by the level of organization, efficiency, and excellence they encounter. When they learn that what we do is accomplished by nearly all volunteers, they are truly astonished.

Each parent and chaperone invests in a tournament and each investment is equally valuable. We could not provide competitive opportunities for our students to learn and grow without parents volunteering to judge and to serve in volunteer staff positions. This season, we’d love to hear from each of you!

What we pull off – gathering a group of volunteers, many of whom fill a position only once or twice a year, and running a complex event – is astonishing! How we pull it off – in love, in unity, and in sacrificial service – is a testimony that points to Christ and the hope of the gospel. John 13:35 says, “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” Thank you for the many ways you serve the Lord by serving one another!
