NCFCA National Championship* events may be recorded for personal use either by audio, video or other means. When NCFCA National Championship competition rounds are recorded for personal use, permission of all competitors involved in that round shall be obtained prior to the recording. Prior written permission from NCFCA is not required for personal use. NCFCA National Championship events may be recorded for club use either by audio, video or other means. When NCFCA National Championship competition rounds are recorded for club use, permission of all competitors involved in that round shall be obtained prior to the recording. Prior written permission from NCFCA is required for club use which involves reproduction and distribution of copies within the club. No portion of any NCFCA National Championship may be recorded, either by audio, video or other means, for reproduction and distribution outside of the limited permission from NCFCA as described above.

* The same rules apply for NCFCA qualifying tournaments other than the National Championship.
