2009 Vendor Form

for the National Championship Tournament

Please fill out the form below in order to secure your booth at and/or purchase advertising for the 2009 NCFCA National Championship Tournament. The deadline for registration is May 22, 2009. All forms must be submitted, checks must be postmarked, and ads must be received by that date.

Ad specifications: please send camera-ready .jpg, .eps, or .png files by May 22, 2008 to jennifergrant06@gmail.com. Advertisements should be 300 dpi and will not be printed full-bleed (to the edges of the page), so please note the following size specifications which allow for the appropriate margins:

Full-page ads: 7.5" wide x 10" high.
Half-page ads: 7.5" wide x 4.75" high.
Quarter-page ads: 3.5" wide x 4.75" high.
Business card ads: Standard business cards only

2. I/We agree to provide one person to set our informational materials out on June 15, 2009 between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and to pack materials up on or before June 19, 2008 at 3:00 pm.

5. I/We agree to assume entire responsibility for participating in speech and debate or exhibiting activities and hereby agree to protect, indemnify, defend and hold the National Christian Forensics and Communications Association (NCFCA) and Bob Jones University and their officers, employees, agents, and volunteers harmless for any claims, losses, and damages to persons or property; governmental charges; or fines and attorneys fees arising out of or caused by participants involvement in these activities. Any claim or dispute arising from or related to participating in speech and debate or exhibiting eactivities shall be settled by mediation and, if necessary, legally binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation of the Institute for Christian Conciliation, a division of Peacemaker Ministries (complete text of the rules is available at www.HisPeace.org). Judgment upon an arbitration decision may be entered in any court otherwise having jurisdiction. The parties understand that these methods shall be the sole remedy for any controversy or claim arising out of this agreement and expressly waive their right to file a lawsuit in any civil court against one another for such disputes, except to enforce an arbitration decision. I/We have reviewed the preceding information and agree to abide by the privileges, conditions, and restrictions contained therein.
