Roger Smith, a medical doctor who practices internal medicine in Winnsboro, LA, has been involved in NCFCA since 1999.  He and his wife, Jan, helped to launch the development of the league in Louisiana.  He began serving as Region 7 Coordinator in 2005, and joined the board in June, 2006.  Roger has been involved in other volunteer organizations, such as Boy Scouts, 4-H, and Little League Baseball. He is often best known as father of four children: Caleb, Emily, Rodney, and Hudson.
