NCFCA Vendor Sign-Up

for the 2007 National Championship Tournament


Please fill out the form below in order to secure your booth at the 2007 NCFCA National Championship. The deadline for registration is May 24, 2007. All forms must be submitted, checks must be postmarked, and ads must be received by that date.

I/We agree to assume entire responsibility for participating in speech and debate or exhibiting activities and hereby agree to protect, indemnify, defend and hold the National Christian Forensics and Communications Association (NCFCA) and Mary Hardin Baylor University and their officers, employees, agents and volunteers harmless for any claims, losses, and damages to persons or property; governmental charges; or fines and attorneys fees arising out of or caused by participants involvement in these activities. Any claim or dispute arising from or related to participating in speech and debate or exhibiting eactivities shall be settled by mediation and, if necessary, legally binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation of the Institute for Christian Conciliation, a division of Peacemaker® Ministries (complete text of the Rules is available at www.HisPeace.org). Judgment upon an arbitration decision may be entered in any court otherwise having jurisdiction. The parties understand that these methods shall be the sole remedy for any controversy or claim arising out of this agreement and expressly waive their right to file a lawsuit in any civil court against one another for such disputes, except to enforce an arbitration decision. I/We have reviewed the preceding information and agree to abide by the privileges, conditions, and restrictions contained therein.
